What is the Incident Protection Program?
ENVE offers a comprehensive Incident Protection program that covers damage to your rims occurred while riding, crashing, or during transport. We provide replacement rims at a significantly reduced cost to keep you on the road or trail.
Where are ENVE products manufactured?
We take pride in the fact that all ENVE carbon rims, as well as the SES AR One-Piece Handlebar and Custom Road Bike, are designed, prototyped, and manufactured at our headquarters in Ogden, Utah, USA.
How do I register my products for warranty?
You can register your wheels and components on our website using the serial numbers found on the product. Registration is required to activate your 5-year factory limited warranty and Incident Protection.
What is the typical lead time for custom wheel builds?
Standard wheelsets typically ship within 2-5 business days. Custom wheel builds involving specific hub configurations may take 10-14 business days depending on component availability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries globally. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the value of the order.
Are ENVE rims tubeless compatible?
Most modern ENVE rims are designed specifically for tubeless applications to improve rolling resistance and flat protection. Please refer to our Tire Compatibility charts to ensure your tires are approved for use with our hookless rim designs.
