At ENVE, we stand behind our high-performance carbon fiber products and offer a seamless return process for items in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, we are here to ensure you get back on the road or trail with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Securely pack your unused ENVE products in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
